On ScolarFleet, there is a set of permissions that can be assigned to a user (See list of permissions) that gives him access only to what he is entitled to.

To assign particular rights to a user you must first move him to a group other than the Community group. See Moving a user to a group.

• Click Community to access the list of users.
• Locate the user in the list or by search
• Click on it to bring up the right side panel
• Check the rights you wish to grant it and click Confirm for this to take effect.
